Memorandum of Understanding Update July 9, 2026
During the July 9 School Board Meeting, board members voted to accept a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the St. Tammany Federation of Teachers and Support Employees. This MOU will provide all employees with a one pay-level equivalent to $500 for certificated employees and $350 for support employees for the 2026-2027 school year. The $500 and $350 will be weighted for calendars and hours as in the past. The MOU also adds bereavement leave, an additional personal day, and details stipends, grievance procedures, and other changes.
