Welcoming Our Newest Educators to STPPS: New Teacher Induction

St. Tammany Parish Public Schools (STPPS) recently welcomed a dynamic group of new teachers during New Teacher Induction (NTI). This energizing professional development event is designed to set our newest educators up for success from day one.

Throughout NTI, teachers took part in interactive sessions focused on effective instructional practices, classroom management techniques, and technology integration. Beyond skill-building, the event fostered a sense of community and encourages new teachers to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another as they begin their journey in STPPS.
